This is me giving up! I tried to represent this project in a decent way, but...
the vids are too many, the documentation too poor.
The "Climate Changer" project started in 2019. And consisted of 3 parts + A B parts and a couple of other parts i forgot to document. I worked alone and with Stichting Sign in Groningen along with others along the way. Thank y'all for helping out :)
The project revolved around me and my van named "Climate Changer". It was given this name so that when people asked me if it was about the climate, I could say, ’’no.. it is about social climate change’’. And smirk.
There was many plans and none of them really succeded. The main plan was to live in the van and permeate everyday with art-works spread across wherever I went, constantly in character.
Unfortunately there was enough excuses like covid and funding, exam rules and lazyness to strike out sirkus Eirik along the way.
However. That said..
I made hundreds of drawings that was sent to the Netherlands while covid closed everyone in, I traveled through mountains and forests, made video postcards for all, played songs about loneliness, had plenty of interactions with both unsuspecting and suspecting audiences, hid drawings around outside from Halden to Oslo etc. etc. All either poorly documented or not at all.
